Explain it to me again: how does this work?
Pidge Post is a curated greeting card subscription service. You can think of us as (kinda like) a StitchFix for cards. The way it works:
- Download our app (iPhone, Android)
- Select the card styles you like
- Enter events for which you want to send cards
We’ll tailor packages to your taste and events, include stamps, and send them to you monthly. All you have to do is write a brief (or long!) note and drop the card in the mail.
when do packages ship?
Pidge packs are sent between the 21st and 24th of each month. Our goal is to get cards into your hands by the first.
i.e. cards for April are sent March 21-24.
What if I have an event scheduled in the first few days of a month?
We include cards for events scheduled between the 1st – 6th in the month prior.
i.e. if you have a May 1st birthday in your Pidge calendar, we’ll include a card for that event in your April package.
It’s the 21st and I just thought of an event for next month! What do i do?
Email us! If we haven’t sent cards out yet, we can happily accommodate.
the cards I’m receiving aren’t my style. what’s going on?
First question: do you have the app? If so, you can add/update your style on your user profile. If that’s not working: email us. We’ll get it sorted!
do you accept returns?
Because of the cost to ship cards back and forth, we don’t accept returns. That said, if you really dislike one (or more) cards in your pack, let us know and we’ll make it right.
